Test the oil cylinder construction
The test oil cylinder is mainly composed of cylinder block, piston, sealing device, thrust rod, etc. Among them, the cylinder block is the main part of the entire cylinder, which is made of corrosion resistant materials such as cast iron or stainless steel. The upper and lower ends of the cylinder block are respectively provided with oil inlet and outlet, the piston is placed inside the cylinder, and the pressure relief hole is arranged between the piston and the cylinder block. During the test, the oil can flow into the test oil cylinder from the oil inlet, push the piston to move upward, and the oil above the piston can flow out along the oil outlet at the top of the cylinder to achieve the purpose of the test.
In the sealing design and manufacturing process of the test oil cylinder, special sealing materials are usually used to ensure the sealing between the piston and the cylinder block, so as to avoid oil leakage. For high-precision test oil cylinders, electronic measurement technology is also needed to ensure their accuracy and stability.
