The main reasons are:

2. The oil seal at the end of the hydraulic pump and pilot pump shaft is damaged, or the oil inlet pipe is poorly sealed, which constitutes the atmosphere entering.
3. The oil level of the tank is too low, resulting in direct suction of the hydraulic pump into the oil pipe.
When there is relatively high noise in the work of the hydraulic pump, it should first reflect on the above parts and deal with the invention achievements in time.
(2) Excessive wear of the components inside the hydraulic pump, such as the wear and strain of the cylinder block and the valve plate of the hydraulic pump, the rotor and the blade mating parts, so that the leakage in the hydraulic pump is serious, and the flow pulsation will be generated when the hydraulic pump outputs high pressure and small flow oil, causing higher noise. At this time, the deflection Angle of the variable mechanism of the pilot system can be appropriately increased to improve the influence of internal leakage on the output flow of the pump.
The piston controlling the flow of the hydraulic pump will also pulsate at the side of the moving process due to wear and strain, resulting in fluctuations in the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump, resulting in greater vibration and noise at the pump outlet. At this time, the components that are seriously worn and strained can be finished or replaced by brush plating.
(3) The hydraulic pump valve plate is also one of the important components that is easy to cause noise. When the valve plate is in use, the surface wear or sludge accumulation at the opening of the unloading groove will make the unloading groove shorter and change the unloading position, resulting in oil trapping phenomenon, and then cause higher noise. At the side of the abnormal repair process, the distribution plate repaired by flat grinding will also have the consequence that the unloading groove will become shorter, and at this time, if it is not properly lengthened in time, it will also produce large noise.
