When the hydraulic cylinder fails, we need to remove it, repair or replace it. What are the precautions when removing the hydraulic cylinder?

1. Before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, decompress the hydraulic circuit. Otherwise, when the pipeline connected to the cylinder is loose, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will be rapidly ejected. When the hydraulic circuit is decompressed, loosen the pressure regulating screw on the hand wheel or relief valve to remove the pressure oil, and then cut off the power to stop the hydraulic device.

2. Please follow the sequence when disassembling. Due to the different structure and size of various hydraulic cylinders, the disassembly sequence is slightly different. Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic oil of the double chamber should be drained, then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed. When removing the cylinder head of the hydraulic cylinder, the internal card-connected card or clapper uses a special tool. Flat shovels are prohibited. For flanged end caps, screws must be pushed out. Hammering or hard tapping is not allowed. When the piston and piston rod is difficult to pull out, it must not be forcibly ejected, and carefully find out the specific reasons before disassembly.

3, disassembly should prevent the piston rod top line, oil port, piston rod surface, cylinder liner inner wall damage. To prevent slender members such as piston rods from bending or deforming, a balance of wooden supports is applied when placed.

4, before and after unloading, try to create conditions to prevent the hydraulic cylinder parts from being polluted by the surrounding dust and impurities. For example, when disassembling, it should be carried out in a clean environment as far as possible; After removal, all parts should be covered with plastic sheets, not cotton or other work cloths.

5, carefully check after removing the cylinder to determine which parts can be used continuously, which parts can be used after repair, and which parts must be replaced.
