How to repair the bent oil cylinder correctly
The sealing ring of the wall and the inner wall of the jacket is aging or deformed. Of course, the direct way is to replace the sealing ring. Most of the sealing rings used by domestic bending machines are made in Taiwan and Japan, so the service life of the sealing ring is still relatively long. If the bending oil cylinder used by the customer leaks oil, then when replacing the sealing ring, be sure to choose a high-quality and durable sealing ring. In this way, the replaced cylinder will not leak oil for a long time. The steps to replace the seal ring are different according to the design of each bending machine.
Let me pick a common one. A common bending cylinder has a worm wheel on it and a worm box that contains the worm wheel and the screw that connects the cylinder piston. First remove here, and then remove the screw, then there must be an auxiliary force such as a crane or forklift, manpower is difficult and more dangerous. When lifting the rod, it must be slow, and the piston cannot be damaged because of excessive force. After removal, you will find that there are many sealing rings on the outer wall of the piston, which are generally divided into dust rings, O-rings, sealing rings, gaskets, etc., the most important is the sealing ring, and other generally do not need to be replaced, of course, if the damage is found to be very serious, it is okay to replace. After replacing the seal ring, external force is also required when installing the cylinder. After all installation, it is the most important thing, that is, debugging the cylinder stroke and the Angle on both sides, (this generally requires professional debugging), when debugging, we must first adjust the pressure of the bending machine to about 5-10MPA, and then find a few pieces of thin plate experiment, repeated experiments, and then adjust the cylinder stroke, generally the right cylinder is the base point (depending on the actual situation). Adjust the other cylinder until the Angle is the same. Then we set the pressure back to normal, and we find some thick plates. That's pretty much done!
